니니구는 만 19세 이상 성인만 이용할 수 있는 소개 기반 매칭 서비스입니다. 아동에 대한 성적 학대·착취(CSAE)와 아동 성착취물(CSAM)은 어떠한 형태로도 용납하지 않으며, 발견 즉시 삭제하고 관계 기관에 신고합니다.

1. 금지 행위

다음 행위는 니니구 이용약관에 따라 전면 금지되며, 적발 시 사전 경고 없이 계정이 영구 정지됩니다.

아동 성착취물(CSAM)의 제작·소지·게시·전송·링크 공유
미성년자를 성적으로 묘사하거나 대상화하는 텍스트, 이미지, 프로필 콘텐츠
만 19세 미만 이용자에 대한 접근·유인 및 미성년자 길들이기(그루밍)
미성년자와의 만남·성적 접촉을 목적으로 하는 일체의 행위
아동 성적 학대를 조장, 미화, 정당화하거나 이를 알선하는 행위
연령을 허위로 기재하여 미성년자가 서비스를 이용하는 행위

2. 연령 확인

가입 시 생년월일 입력이 필수이며, 만 19세 미만은 가입 절차를 완료할 수 없습니다.
프로필 사진 1장 이상 등록을 의무화하여 익명 계정 생성을 억제합니다.
미성년자로 의심되는 계정이 신고되면 검토 후 즉시 비공개 처리하고, 확인되는 경우 계정을 삭제합니다.
학교·직장 이메일 인증을 선택적으로 제공하여 신원 신뢰도를 보강합니다.

3. 앱 내 신고 수단

모든 이용자는 앱 안에서 직접 신고할 수 있습니다.

상대방 프로필 또는 대화방 우측 상단 메뉴를 엽니다.
신고하기를 선택합니다.
사유에서 아동 안전 (미성년자 의심)을 선택하고 상세 내용을 입력해 제출합니다. 이 사유로 접수된 신고는 운영자가 즉시 식별하여 우선 처리합니다. 구버전 앱이라 해당 항목이 보이지 않는 경우 부적절한 콘텐츠 또는 기타를 선택하고 내용을 적어 주세요.

같은 대화 화면에서 차단을 함께 사용하면 상대방과의 노출과 연락이 즉시 차단됩니다.

앱을 사용할 수 없는 상황이거나 긴급한 사안은 ninigu.hoit@gmail.com 으로 직접 신고해 주세요.

4. 신고 처리 절차

단계	내용
접수	신고가 접수되면 운영자에게 즉시 알림이 전달됩니다.
자동 비공개	서로 다른 이용자 3명 이상이 동일 계정을 신고하면, 검토 전이라도 해당 계정이 자동으로 비공개 처리되어 다른 이용자에게 노출되지 않습니다.
검토	운영자가 신고 내용을 검토합니다. 아동 안전 관련 신고는 다른 유형보다 우선하여 처리하며, 접수 후 24시간 이내 조치를 목표로 합니다.
조치	위반이 확인되면 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 계정을 영구 정지합니다. CSAE 관련 위반은 경고 없이 즉시 영구 정지합니다.
기관 신고	아동 성착취물이 확인되면 관련 자료를 보존하여 관계 기관에 신고합니다.

5. 관계 기관 신고 및 법령 준수

니니구는 대한민국 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」 및 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」을 포함해 서비스가 제공되는 각 국가의 아동 보호 법령을 준수합니다. 아동 성착취물이 확인된 경우 다음 기관에 신고합니다.

경찰청 사이버수사국 (ecrm.police.go.kr) 또는 112
방송통신심의위원회 불법·유해정보 신고 (국번 없이 1377)
미국 실종학대아동방지센터(NCMEC) — 해당 관할에서 요구되는 경우
수사기관의 적법한 요청에 대한 협조 및 관련 자료 보존

이 표준은 관련 법령, 플랫폼 정책, 서비스 기능 변경에 따라 갱신될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있을 경우 이 페이지에 최종 수정일과 함께 반영합니다.

Ninigu is an introduction-based matching service available only to adults aged 19 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Violating content is removed and reported to the relevant authorities.

Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited under our Terms of Service and result in immediate, permanent account termination without prior warning:

Creating, possessing, posting, transmitting, or linking to CSAM
Text, images, or profile content that sexualizes or objectifies minors
Contacting, soliciting, or grooming users under the age of 19
Any attempt to arrange a meeting or sexual contact with a minor
Promoting, glorifying, normalizing, or facilitating child sexual abuse
Misrepresenting one's age so that a minor can use the service

Age assurance

Date of birth is required at sign-up; users under 19 cannot complete registration.
At least one profile photo is required, which discourages anonymous accounts.
Accounts suspected of belonging to a minor are hidden upon review and deleted once confirmed.
Optional school or workplace email verification adds an identity signal.

In-app reporting

Any user can report from inside the app: open the menu at the top right of a profile or chat, choose Report, select Child safety (suspected minor), and describe the issue. Reports filed under this reason are identified immediately and prioritized. On older app versions that do not show this option, choose Inappropriate content or Other instead. Block is available in the same place and takes effect immediately. Reports can also be sent directly to ninigu.hoit@gmail.com.

How reports are handled

Operators are notified as soon as a report is filed.
When three or more distinct users report the same account, that account is automatically hidden from other users pending review.
Child-safety reports are prioritized ahead of other report types, with a target of acting within 24 hours.
Confirmed violations result in content removal and permanent account termination.
Confirmed CSAM is preserved as evidence and reported to the authorities.

Legal compliance and reporting

We comply with the Republic of Korea's Act on the Protection of Children and Youth Against Sex Offences and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, as well as applicable child protection laws in each market we serve. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the Korean National Police Agency Cyber Bureau, the Korea Communications Standards Commission, and — where required in the relevant jurisdiction — the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and preserve relevant records.
